poor customer service

I went to the store today, their customer service was very bad.there was a very long queue and only one cashier was helping, other employees were jus walking in the store it was like they did not have a problem of whether we get help or not. And as a pregnant woman I cannot stand for a long time instead of telling the customers that I should come in front so I can get help.M so disappointed.the worst part no one was even wearing their name tags.
