Poor Customer Service

Good day

I went to Sheet Street Parys today and the treatment I got from the manager in front of her stuff it was not pleasant

I saw a Trend Candyfloss Throw it is on sale and it was priced Was R165 and Now R125 and others was priced was R699 now R599 so I could see that it is a mistake so I took it to the Till showed it to the sells Lady and the manager came she checked the price and told me that it was a mistake, jokingly so I said to the manager I wanted it with that price

She started shouting at me telling me that she's not gonna give me with that price even if I was any customer she's not gonna do that I can go wherever I want to

She is the manager she must lead by example if she's shouting at customers like that in front of her stuff and other Customers how is her stuff going to know the customer service that they must give to the customer.

She should have just been apologetic and told me that it was a mistake because I understand mistakes do happen instead of giving me that kind of a treatment.

Just because she shouted, screamed ,pointed fingers and turn around and walked away while I was still talking to her I want that throw with that price.

I am very disappointed at her as I am a manager and I work at retail myself.
