Poor Customer Service

<p><br />Good Morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to one of your branches in Mall of africa to buy continental pillows and continetal pillow cases and when i got home to find out the continetal pillow case package had the same size but the pillow cases were not the same sie which made me angry,becuase the lady who wa assisting me was very rude.<br />I decided to go back to Sheet street and due to that i work in Rosebank ,i decided to go in their branch to request a refund as i was desatisfied and wanted to buy them somewhere else and i went to the Rosebank Mall Sheet street and requested a refund and that was done on the 30.02.2017 and i was told as i payed with debit card will be sent back to my account.</p> <p>I was told within 7 working days and till date i have recieved nothing ,this is the most poorest service ever ,all i want is my moeny back and right now i dont want to go to the store because i will loose my patience.</p> <p><br />Give me my money back!</p> <p><br />Regards <br />Karabo Lekgau</p>
