I paid my last balance in July 2020 and requested for the account to be closed. I filled in the form and attached the receipt and it was sent to their head office. The unfortunate part is that the account was not closed. And I have been going up and down with no assistance and I now have a balance that I must pay if I want the account to be closed head office is claiming that they have not received any documentation of closure.. I have made phone calls and re faxed the form and my receipt till today sheet street is still sending me statements and no word from them
