Payment not reflecting

I received a statement from Sheet street on the 28th of may and the balance was R1705, so on Saturday I went to Mr price sport to pay the balance when I get there I was advised the balance is R2005 no one was able to explain why it has changed however I was able to end up figuring out myself. I have a payment of R2005 and was advised the payment did not go through however when I check on my app the payment went out I was advised that the payment would be reversed, however the money has not been reversed and I have a balance with sheet street I wanted to close the account after making payment because I don't to do any business with sheet street and Mr price. Please allocate the payment and close my account because I don't want anymore charges coming up
