Pathetic Service from Sheet Street

Yesterday I had the most pathetic service from Sheet street Mall of the South. I was about to purchase items worth almost R2000. When I got to the till the lady took the towels from me and said that it was a mistake that the towels were put on the table as another customer asked for those towels to be kept for her, she wanted to purchase it however left her store card at home and went to fetch it. It was the last set of that specific towels.i explained to them that I found it on the shelf so why can't I buy it.. The lady then told me someone else Is buying it so I can't buy it. I then said ok then I'll leave all my items.. Her response was "ok no problem" pathetic service and I intend on going to hello Peter with this as I had been treated terribly with no apology after almost spending R2000 at that sho
