Pathetic Service

Pathetic service. Placed an order on 30th May, got email on 3rd of June stating my order is on way making me believe the order is out for delivery, still waiting for delivery. When trying to track order on website it only says "this label has not been scanned" so tracking your order is useless on the website which is very slow as well. Send an email, no response, contacted customer care, no one picks up and was holding for 20min before I ended the call. Send a inquiry through website, but still no response.

As a first time buyer at Sheet street this is the worst experience a customer can have. I have done many online shopping form different retailers and the service from Sheet Street is the worst by far. Will not be buying again feom Sheet Street be it online or in shop (which is like 60km aeay from that's why I ordered online)
