Pathetic online shopping

I ordered a item online on the 10th of June,as to date, I haven't received any further communication or updates as to when I can expect delivery of my item. Today is the 24th of June. It's absolutely ridiculous, items purchased from overseas websites get delivered quicker. I called in last week and I was told it's awaiting courier pick up. Will definitely not purchase anything from Sheet street online again.
