Pathetic and unprofessional service.

Probably the worst online shopping experience I've had in the last few years. In the first place, their Black Friday 30% discount was incorrectly app**** as it only gave R30 discount and not 30%. Then there was no feedback or updates sent regarding the order status or shipping status for a week until I asked about it. The order was eventually shipped and I received it today, two days late anyway, but one of the items wasn't shipped because it was out of stock. There wasn't even any communication sent to me that it was out of stock or that they are going to refund me for that item.

This was for a secret santa gift that I ordered well in advance, and now I need to quickly make other arrangements to get the person their gift in time.

Pathetic service and will probably never use it again.
