order not received

I placed an order with sheet street online on the 19th of August, I received an email on the 21st that it has been shipped and that was the last communication I received them, I have been trying to contact them and have sent them notes requesting assistance with tracking the order as I am unable to track it on my side however, I am not getting any response. I am unable to call them the number isn't working; I have gone to one of their stores and spoke with the manager however she advised she couldn't assist as online orders are only being dealt with online. I tried contacting them on Friday by 'dropping them a note" but still no response. Order number is #***
