Online shopping *******!!!
We ordered queen size bedding from Sheet Street online, they delivered double size, we went through our order history to check and found that it is not the first time this happened, on the previous occasions I kept thinking I ordered the incorrect size, we called the contact center, was placed on hold for 10 mins only to find out the online shopping only operates on weekends. We pay for queen size bedding and not double, what a *******!
