Online shopping never delivered.

I bought my mom a winter blanket and a new comforter set on the sheet street website on the 24th, Got tracking number and have been checking on it. Nothing was happening the number hadn't even been scanned. Phone on Monday spoke to a representative who said she would check and get back to me , she never did. Then I phoned Wednesday (yesterday) and the guy I spoke to said he would tell them to ship it immediately , it was the warehouse in eastern cape. I checked this morning and still nothing has been scanned in. Don't buy online from sheet street. I can get packages from china quicker.
