OH REALLY!

So at the beginning of March i got a call from a lady working for Sheet Street telling me that they're offering me a settlement amount and if i can pay by the end of the month it will be done would be paid up after i tried to explain to her that i've already made arrangements to pay off my account so she stuck to her story asked me to listen and i agreed on that conversation was elated even that they're offering me a settlement.So this morning i get a flippen sms stating that i agreed to pay R1080 and that my account is being monitored i tried calling to no avail and just asked for the collections department which said that my account has been handed over i mean really how in heavens name i paid them last month and i made a arrangement and this stupid lady calls me with the settlement nonsense of which i was going to pay with my last money just to get rid of their stalking asses now this and i've done all the necessary steps they asked of me is this what people are reduced to know making false promises and lying to their clients.I am certainly taking this matter further this is very cruel!You get honest people that actually want to pay their bills and something like this happens!
