NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE RECIEVED

I am really not impressed with the service .I have placed an order on the 10/04/2015 .<br> I have selected the express option, as it states that delivery is 1-3 days, as I needed to parcel to be delivered urgently as a birthday gift.<br> It's now days later and the parcel was still not delivered ,Have been waiting for deleveru and non up to the date 28 April ,weeks later compared to the option i have requested for . I feel l have paid especiall for the express option knowing full well that the parcel would be there in time as a birthday gift, but instead i have waisted my money paying for the so called express delevery. It disappoints me that iv opted for the expess option, where as I could've just used the post office if I knew that this was going to be a long wait.<br> On the order details i have specified as to who the parcel needs to be delevered to , only to get called by the courier company that they are outside , i have specifically mentioned to the person who called that the parcel needs to be handed to the person iv mentioned, where as the guy did not give me much of an ear, he insisted on some kind of identification for myself upon delever,when i had specically given instutions
