No sympathy or empathy from Mr Price

I was retrenched on 28 February 2022. I emailed Mr Price to inform them, no reply, I phoned them twice. They tell me I must pay R348 per month for 3 months, I didn't have any policies so I don't qualify for them to close my account. If I don't pay the account I will be listed as a non payer at the credit bureau. How am I suppose to pay the account if I don't have an income. Is this the thanks you get for being a loyal customer over the years.
