No stock available that was promised to me

I went to the Clearwater branch on Friday and saw a duvet cover I like. I asked the staff members for a queen size, as there were only single and double. She said yes, there are boxes in the back that are not unpacked. And there will be queen in there. I said I'll come back on the weekend and she said she'll keep one aside for me. I go all the way there today in the pouring rain. She said that there are no queen size. They didn't receive any. This is just really bad customer service. Why tell me to come back for something that you don't even have. This is highly frustrating and very disappointing. Then I contacted them on Facebook and 4 days later, still no help.
