No Refund

So my mom bought a blanket for my son's school not aware that his allergic to fur n she should have bought polyester, i returned it to ask for a refund because it was unsuitable only to be given a gift card and told i can buy anywhere, imagine my embarrassment when i couldn't use it at mr price home because guess what it only works at sheet street, be careful because as it is you can't make a mistake at sheet street their things are non refundable. I asked for cash but they refused to give me saying it's impossible
