No delivery on online purchase 14 days later

I placed the above mentioned order in January. Since 18/1/2025,the status has been shipped.The promise online delivery TAT is said to be 5-7 days..today 1/2/2025 is day 14,still I don't have my purchase. I logged an enquiry, was asked for my order number 2 days ago...no further feedback to date.
