No delivery of orders
Placed an order over a week ago and it has not even been sent. This is really poor service. When contacted online was told the store system is offline. This is not acceptable. And you have to pay extra for delivery Order no ***. Please sort this asap. When you complain obli e you get a mail to say the store is offline and they just close the ticket.

11 Nov 2022, 08:58So this morning i get a generic reply that the warehouse printer is not working and the other one says the store has technical issues so which one is it now? It is the 2nd and last order i will ever place online with your company. Exactly the same a month ago hadto battle for 3 weeks to get my order and fastway is useless with delivery.

12 Nov 2022, 12:12So after beign told my parcel shipped on Thursday it is still lying with them waiting to be collected or shipped. The service recieved from sheet street has been absolutely sub standard. If you cannot run an online store than dont. So how many more weeks till i get my order.
And also why do you state that delivery is free but on check out of an order over R700 i still get charged a delivery fee for parcel that you cannot get packed or sent in a timely manor.
This is disgusting customer service. Will never make use of your online facilities.

After recieving messages last week to say that it was sent..... sheet street/mrp group is just lying to customers and all you get is the generic copy paste message of "sorry for the inconvience"
