No assistance in cancelation of insurances I didn't even request

I have been trying to cancel insurance that I didn't even request,the cashier on the day just decided I needed them without me agreeing to it. I've sent endless emails from the 29th of October 2024 to have the insurances canceled but till today no one had helped. I tried calling no answer. I went in store and the call center still didn't answer the call. Escalated on Facebook and was told agent will call me till today no agent has called me except the one that calls me to add other insurances. They call me everyday but no one can assist with cancelation. I'm so sick of this I'm even anticipating canceling the account itself cos it means there's no service at mrp group
