Name and Shame Mr Price Sheet Street

I am very disappointed at the service that i received from the Sheet Street call center. I called in to inquire why i am still being charged on my account whereas it has been paid up. I spoke to a lady called Chloe who was not helpful at all and she rudely transferred my call without alerting me, at the next department i was on hold for over 5 minutes so i decided to call back.

I called back and was assisted by another agent who transfered me back to the same department where Chloe refused to assist. I asked for a team leader and i was told that the TL is currently busy and will call me back shortly. It has been 72 hours and i have not heard from Rethabile Mahlangu, the team leader.

I cannot have Sheet Street charging me for any services if i am not owing anything on my account. I would like somebody to call me and sort this out.
