Mr. Price Group harassment! Doesn't Follow up or update records.

As 2020 was a year that financially ruined our family, I was unable to make any payments on my Sheet Street account.

I phoned them and emailed them (the Mr. Price group) to make arrangements, and everytime they would confirm the arrangement made, just for me to receive the same threatening emails and sms's again and again.

I feel it unfair that the account was handed over to ACS, after making an arrangement with multiple call agents.

Eventually, after trying to contact ACS via email and calling non stop for a week with no answer on ***, I took out a loan and paid up the account in FULL on the 1st of April.

Since making the payment, the harassing phonecalls and emails haven't stopped.

Please update your records as it is now the 15th of the month and I received the same email again this morning from Mr. Price ACS. Calling Sheet street, Mr. Price or ACS is useless as they just put me through to "the right person to handle the case" and then I'm kept on the line forever. I hang up after 15mins of nauseating music!
