Mr Price Account Payment

I made a payment on 18 December 2019. The payment is still showing as pending on my banking profile and as a result my account is showing as in Arrears. I have been in contact with Lucky Shange numerous times to resolve the issue but kept on being told to check the following day.

If the funds could be processed or released so that I make an instore payment that would be great.
