Money wasted

Do not order online from them firstly they didn't accept my address with my complex name or unit number and their delivery people just gave my order to some random person they say was a security guard but my security office said they didn't receive anything honestly why not call why not deliver the next day This is such poor service my money has gone down the drain rather order on takealot
