Money transfer refund bad service

I made money transfer of R1500 at sheet street mall of the south on the 15 November 2024 the receiver couldn't withdraw money it says invalid code. I went to the store for help they said I must call absa, restart my phone wait 48 hours. I called on the 21 they said I must wait 72 hours. I call again on the 25,26 and 27 November they said they are escalating the matter and they never get back to me. This is so disappointing and frustrating. The are now playing hide and seek. They don't check if I have received sms, They tell me the same thing over and over. I just want my refund. I have never receive their sms since 16 November.
