Manager /supervisor gives attitude

On 01/02/2020, I sent my younger sister to sheet street jhb Jeppe Street to return some Matt's she bought which weren't the ones I wanted as I had sent her to buy them. When she got the she notified the teller she wanted to change the matts and she wanted to process the transaction, she then called someone she assumed to be a manager to confirm if she could refund her and the so called manager claimed they don't have those matts in this store and then proceeded to attend to another customer which left the impression they were unwilling to change the carpets she then left. I went back with her to findout why they didn't exchange the matts and told her that they dont have those matts and was given some mediocre cover up story that she left when it was clear the manager didnt want to assist her with the exchange hence she mentioned that they dont have those matts. I hope this is not the kind of service and treatment sheet Street is promoting from their managers or senior stuff. It's appalling to say the least.
