Manager refused to go extra mile

I went to the store to buy valentine bedding and curtains but the curtains i liked was only one bundle so they said they have ran out of stock , so i asked if she could find me the other one at other stores she was not keen to do so so she said Orkney branch has i then asked her to get it for me she took my details and said i should come the next day to confirm if she called to find out if they really have it in the store as she said she wont call me because their phone call are for Mr Price group stores only not for personal calls. I went to the store and she still said there is nothing she can do to get that curtain for me in the store so i have to go to Orkney store and get it myself, and told me on the 13/02/16 that the store closes at 1 o`clock on Saturday so i went to internet to get the Orkney store contact details to confirm their closing time on Saturday i called and they said they closes at 2 o`clock , so that Manager`s service is the worst service i have ever had i think she should go to training for customer service.
