Lazy staff at Tambotie mall refusing a customer a lay buy

My mom went to sheet street today at around 11pm, to Tambotie mall, to take out a lay buy on a duvet that she had taken and she then wanted to lay buy the pillow cases next, there are two ladies that work at sheet street in Tambotie mall, they refused to let her lay buy the pillowcases, they said they always have them in stock, since when do you refuse a customer a lay buy if this is the way your *********** staff treats customers by refusing them to lay buy items because of pure laziness to capture the transaction, then I have news for you, you have too many competitors to be behaving this way, your lazy pathetic staff will run your business down, my mom unfortunately didnt take the staffs name, but this outlet is small and there was two ladies present to assist, well let me rephrase, to sit around, not to assist
