Layby hassles

Wow ...I made a layby at sheet street Central city at Mabopane Soshanguve.They refused to let my sister collect it for me ...mind you I am pregnant and was asked to not walk long distances due to my pregnancy now Iight forfeit my goods and the deposit because maybe they do not know that we are human we get sick and bedridden so unlike other shops where they can let you sign a letter or affidavit at police station they said whether you are sick or not you must get out of that bed and come and collect your layby or loose your good or deposit.
