ITC credit score update

I was checking my credit report and I was shocked to see sheet street on my accounts report. I finished my account payments last year and you still put my name on the Blacklisting database. Its really affecting my credit score!!!!! No wonder why I couldn't be approved credit in other companies. Please remove my name.
