Incompetence of account payments

I had a problem with my account from November 2017 until March 2018

The are the most *********** and stupid people I have ever seen. They don't even know what goes on around them or what the other one is doing and definately not what is going on with payment and account they are working with.

I have been with them for quite a while and always paid my account and from November 2017 the started to harrass me every month for payment which they never did in the past.

So I became fedup with the phone calls and sms's every day and I wanted to close my account. From thereon they harrassed me more and all of a sudden they keep losing my payments and they keep telling me that I do not pay my account.

I cannot even begin to explain how rude they became and how many times I had to email my proof of payments to them, but everytime I asked for a statement they just ignore me flat.

At last near the end of March 2018 when I suggest they take me to court so that the matter can be resolved then they magically got hold of my payments, but still they did not send me any statement of proof that my account were settled.

So I am glad to be rid of them because they are a bunch of *********** people who does not know what they are doing.
