Horrible customer service!!!!
Please do not buy from their online store!!!! This is now the 4th time that I have to complain about these guys and their customer service 2 weeks ago I ordered from their online store.I have NOT recieved my package yet. I was told that my package will arrive on Tuesday the 7th of December and I'm still waiting. I don't have any idea where my parcel is. This is totally unacceptable,highly unprofessional, and out of character. I highly recommend that you do not purchase from them !!!!

Today I recieved a phone call from head office of sheet street. They we're fast a sufficient and told me that my package was lost in transit. I recieved a full refund and a R100 Voucher!! All thanks to Michellene.
