Horrible customer service

Centurion Mall Branch. went to buy bedding stuff and in that there was a matrass Protector. I bought these on Saturday 31/01/2026. So upon trying to fit the matrass Protector we discovered that it's small for a Queen size;it doesn't even fit in a double bed. Seems like a factory fault. Unfortunately I threw away the slips

So my husband went to the store with the packaged item and the sms notification of the proof of purchase. The lady at the store commented.. then that's your fault that you bought the wrong size. We tried explaining that there seems to be a factory fault and she still refused to assist and commented, ' How do I even know you bought this from our store?'... The HELL is that!

Out of frustration.. we left the item at the store with no refund or exchange!
