Horrible customer experience

To say I’m livid is an understatement…I went to sheets street mall of tembisa to purchase a comfort set,side table and curtains…after making the purchase I then come back to be told that I didn’t pay for the side table and upon checking I realized that the comfort set was more than what was displayed..then asked to exchange it and still manage to get the side table I was then told that they will not assist me as they wanted to knock off and I did express the fact that I can’t do that I work nite shift and knock off pretty late that is when 3 of the sales assistant started attacking me then asked them to really not do that as they don’t on what I’m dealing with…mind you I’m dealing with a loss of a late one then that is when we had a back and forth until the other sales assistant by the name of masego gave me my money telling me how much she is making a favor for me and I should be grateful and that is when I expressed that how can it be a favor if I’m requesting for my money back and I asked for their names and they initially refused and I had to have a back and forth displaying how unsatisfied by their behavior there was one time the other consulted wanted to have a physical fight with me…overall my day was ruined not to mention that I felt attacked and violated when spending my money…I don’t see myself shopping at sheet street ever again….#livid#violated
