Hazardous Sheet Street Complaint

I was at sheet street at Canal Walk, Century City on Saturdays 7th of October, when one or the artwork painting fell on me, none of the staff attended to me or requested to help I left the store thinking nothing of it but when I got home the pain was increasingly unbearable, I Twitter sheet street and I got no response, I emailed them on the website and after 24hours I did not get a response, I called the store on Mondat and was told I was going the Manager will call but it's been a day and she still hasn't called me, I visited the doctor because of this and no one from Sheet has contact me.
