Harassment
On 18 March I received a sms to remind me to pay my installment. R70.34. On 22 March I again received an sms to say I must pay the amount TODAY to update my account. They said dispite sms's AND calls (no calls received) I didn't respond to them. On 24 March another sms to say I must pay the R70.34 to prevent this account being sent for tracing. So I phoned them that I will pay the full amount the following day. I tried to pay them on the 25th but the store were closed. On the 26th they smsed and PHONED me while standing in the queue threatened to take further action . So I closed my account immediately. The services at the branch (Key West) was always friendly and helpful.
