Half my order sent with no communication from sheet street

Good morning I placed an order with sheet street last week and only received half my order with no tracking number besides my order number. I called the sheet street customer call centre and they told me they forgot to send my other half of the order. The courier company fastway usually sends me an email and sms to let me know my parcel is with them. Lately sheet street has really alot of issues
