Funeral Cover
Northmead Mall Sheet Street Store Code 205 I was struggling with the funeral cover that I needed to close them I was assisted by Catherine Phillip and Teressa. I was given a form to fill in and cancel what I needed to cancel. The staff was happy and very helpful too. Telephonically it's frustrating trying to do it on your own because you will end up saying things out of frustration so my advise exercise patient because it only delays the process.

I am happy and glad I could share my experience. Sometimes we never really understand the pressure some staff go through and I think a little appreciation and recognition goes a long. Every one was helpful at the store so a big shout out to Lindiwe, Makgotso as well they all played a role as well and stepped up when it mattered the most. This will improve their motivation and love for what they are doing and enjoy working for their company. Thank you for your response.
