********** TRANSACTION ON MY SHEET STREET ACCOUNT STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED AFTER 5 MONTHS!

********** transaction made on my account in Sheet Street Lichtenburg was reported to Mr. Price Money Group which Sheet Street also falls under in September 2022. It is now 5 months later and the issue still has not been resolved. After numerous times of following up even when I sent them the relevant documents requested e.g. ID, Affidavit etc When I ask to speak to the manager I was first told that there isn't one then eventually when I am told to hold for the manager the staff member still comes back to me with a message from the manager saying that they will ask the manager of the ***** dept to contact me. So the manager is now also avoiding to speak to me or answer my questions.

Very poor and unprofessional service!!!!!!!!!!
