False Adverti*****t - Refund Not Granted

I recently purchased scatter cushions online from Sheet Street, but upon collecting the items from the store, I discovered that the package only contained cushion covers, not the complete cushions as advertised on the website. Despite my disappointment, the store manager gave me attitude and refused to process a refund, stating that there was nothing she could do to resolve the issue. I contacted customer care twice but unfortunately, the customer care representatives put me on hold for an extended period and eventually disconnected the call without resolving my issue.
