false adverti*****t/delivery never took place

i would like to express how disgusted i am by sheet street online, i ordered an item and it said delivery would take place 2-3 days, on the 3rd day i asked them if the goods would arrive, i was chatting to maria who said no they were on route to jhb from Durban, i told her to escalate and find out why they say it takes 2-3 days when they were then changing the period to 7 days she promised to do that over the online chat, i opened a ticket again and again was told it would take 7 days i can cancel my order and i wouldn't have to pay anything i told Justin that he may as well cancel it he said he would send my order for cancellation, while waiting for confirmation that my order has been cancelled he came back to say my order was delivered to a Paul and i am not Paul my name is CYNTHIA and told me to check with Paul who doesn't exist in my reception even after i told him there is no Paul who signed for an order. that was the last time i heard from him, no follow up nothing and my order status still remains shipped yet they say they gave it to Paul. So never ever buy from sheet street online no matter how swamped you are.
