Fallen customer

On the 27th of March at 12:15pm I went to Sheet Street with my brother and mother , while we were shopping around I came across a pair of kitchen scissors I wanted to purchase I then took it and processed straight to the pay point to pay. As I approached the pay point, right next to the pay point I slipped and fell. I screamed and cried out for help and my mother running towards me that's when she called for my brother to come assist me , then the staff started to gather around me. My mother asked for a chair so that my brother could lift me and place me on the chair. When I was removed from the floor we then saw there was a puddle of water where I slipped and my left shoe sole was wet. My brother then proceeded to ask for the store manager, a lady named Beauty Mangidi responded but saying " I am the store manager" . My brother then proceeded to take pictures of the water as well as the store manager to gather evidence. At that time I was in explicit pain and in tears not offered a tissue to wipe my tears nor water to calm me down ,my mother kept wiping my tears with her hands. It was then when my brother asked for a private room to speak about the matter away from the costumers as the customers where watching and listening . We were then taken to a room to relay the matter with the stork manager leaning beside the door. My mother then asked for redress and incident forms, we were assisted by a lady named Karen which the store manager left the meeting to be on a call . When she returned my mother asked her who she was in contact with and she stated that she was talking to the head department when asked for the head department complaint line, she refused . The store manager then called the Southgate security to escort me with a wheelchair to the doctor within the mall but unfortunately the doctor was not available, I was then escorted to the control room if the Southgate security management to write a statement of incident from there after I was escorted to the car and my mother and brother took me to a general practitioner doctor which gave me medication and referred me for x-rays .I would like to lodge a complaint because I am unhappy about the lack of empathy and sympathy of the store manager, her lack of remorse and hostility towards me was heartbreaking, although I fell but her attitude towards me and my family was uncalled for as I went to support the shop sheet street but in return I don't get the moral support from the her as the manager and the staff.
