I complained about fitted sheet wbich was erroneously marked 3/4 and it turned to be single which I discovered after disposing of receipt. Numerous emails asked for proof of purchase until regional manager eventually rep****. Sheet was exchanged. But honestly I'm afraid to try it for size in case it's same mistake. But most important they took ownership of their mistake. I'm pleased.
