excellent customer service

I requested stock items via the sheet street customer services,to be send to my local store at Menlyn Mall. The store manager personally sourced the items for me. And made contact with me. We have a terminally ill baby and tshe has been hospitalised in the Neonatal ICU ward a lot and herefore wasn't able to collect the items as yet but she kept it for me. And that you don't get to experience in retail stores. Or this type of service. Christina at your head office is a angel and even sometime just follow up to hear how we are doing in hospital. I'm gratefull for this service, patience and attention. Not being from Gauteng we don't have a lot of friends, family or support here, so for her to just ask how we are and that she prays for our little ons means the world to me. I just want to thank Charistina and Madeleine from the bottom of my heart. Your company have excellent staff.
