Employees with the attitude

I was ill treated for report that I wanted exchange an item which had flaws or factory reject that was I bought from one their stores

I was ill treated by two ladies that works at Sheet Street in commissioner street Johannesburg The lady’s names are Thembelihle and I saying the name under correction Tshepiso or Tshepang their attitude was bad. They were not even willing to see why I saying the product was reject. Thembelihle came with an attitude saying they do have the similar item she brought any expensive one and arrogantly told me to pay more the got nothing to do with this product.
