DON'T use Sheet Street online shopping

I am utterly disappointed in Sheet Street and Mr Price. I placed an order online 3 weeks ago and have been waiting for delivery. I asked for updates on there what's app chat got my query closed without the agent asking for further details. I called the Sheet Street help line only for them to tell me it's with the courier even after I begged for a diffinitive delivery date. Mr Price complaints have ignored me on the website and my emails don't even get a courtesy automated "we looking into it" I'm at my wits end I can't even get a refund
