Don't ever buy from Sheet street Online!!!

I purchased bedding from Sheet street online on the 30th of March. After Easter weekend I followed up and I was informed by Courtney Hutchinson on the 8th of April that the status shows that my parcel has been shipped and that I would receive it at the latest 10 April 2015. So I left it until then. On Monday the 13th of April I sent yet another email to Courtney informing her that I have not yet received my parcel. She then rep**** to my email stating that my parcel was delivered on the 1st of April and that Paul signed for it. I rep**** to her informing her that I has in fact not received my parcel and that I do not know this Paul. She said that she would follow up and give me feedback. Since then I have not heard anything from her. I have sent her 3 emails since the 16th o April, and have had no response. This does not reflect very well on sheet street, as this is not the first complaint.
