Does not honour agreements

<p>I have paid off my sheet street account, i have actually over paid i tried to get the refund and they took me from pillar to post well i was fine with that but what ****es me off is that i clearly told them to close my account and i still get sms from them can this account be closed and stop all the marketing or i will take you guys to the ombudsman as you do not honor my wishes and also breaking the law</p>
