Disgusting customer services

I recently stepped into a Port Elizabeth SHEET STREET shop and was utterly shocked and disgusted by the experience I got.No knowledge about products I'm looking for,and no Effort made to even check if other stores have stock,if a question is asked ,other staff members appears to be very irritated or short words are used with no customer etiquette at all,I Don't Think I will set foot in that store again And I hope your staff get better ETIQUETTE AND MANNERS WHEN CUSTOMERS NEEDS ASSISTANCE!!!!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND DISSAPPOINTING!!!!!and please do not even contact me because MRP Group are quick to contact customers to apologize for their service and behavior, but nothing is being done about your complaint anyway.,stores still have common services from staff who cant assist customer needs or even try to get a product from a branch...totally ****!!!...Lack of service and etiquette is what you good at it seems.
