DISGUSTED

Good day

I have been having a terrible experience with ACS Debt Collectors and the Mr Price Group - so much so that I will never again do business in any of their outlets.

I found myself in a difficult financial situation and was therefore not able to make full payment on my monthly installments. I contacted Mr Price Group several times (telephonically and via email) and made arrangements and I kept to the arrangements. In spite of this I received harrassing and often times rude phone calls every month and then Mr Price Group proceeded to hand my account over to ACS Debt Collectors, in spite of the fact that I kept to the arrangement that I had made.

I then made an arrangement with the ACS Debt Collectors as I was forced to with the threat of legal costs and blacklisting.... how this can be when I pay every month is beyond my comprehension.... and ACS Debt Collectors agreed to the arrangement. I also advised them to contact me via email as the software on my phone automatically rejects their calls, but they simply do not heed what the client asks. Then the cherry on top is a threatening sms received today to contact them and advise of my intentions on my account.... after I had already done so.... and there is not even a contact number so one can call them!!!! So again I sent through an email.... what else can I do??

I find this harassing, unprofessional and beyond frustrating.... the account will be paid in full within 5 months, but yet they just keep on and do not update their records properly.

Why don't they harass the clients who do not pay their accounts monthly and leave those who do alone!!!

As I said I will NEVER spend another sent in any of The Mr Price Group outlets for as long as I breathe!! I am totally disgusted...
